Are you ready to make a splash in the world of events? At MTD, we specialize in delivering temporary water solutions for some of the most exciting and high-profile projects across the globe. As Depot Operations Manager you are responsible from the day to day Operations in and from your Las Vegas depot. In the US MTD has depots in Atlanta and Las Vegas. You report directly to our US Operations Director and will be in charge for the departments project management, field engineers and warehouse staff linked to your depot whilst maintaining communication with Head Office in the Netherlands.
You are directly responsible for the projects which are linked to your depot and you will take care of delivering the projects on time. You divide the teams (project managers and field engineer teams) to ensure that the project teams have the right qualifications to do the job. You maintain close contact with these teams on the progress of the projects as well as progress in the warehouse. This role involves staff planning, developing warehouse staff, field engineers and project managers, team leadership, and, together with the Operations Director, ensuring that operations align with MTD’s global standards and client expectations.
