MTD specialises in providing temporary water infrastructure and water treatment for the world's most high-profile projects. All these projects are characterised by their very time- and quality-sensitive and you play an important role in that.
As an enterprising Global Asset & Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of our international rental fleet: from strategic deployment to operational performance. You ensure that the right equipment, in optimal condition, in the right numbers and at the right time is at the right location worldwide. You manage an international team and work closely with operations, logistics, purchasing, warehousing and technical services. In doing so, you ensure fleet availability, cost control and high service quality.
You will report directly to the COO, based in the Netherlands.
FUNCTION CONTENTS
Strategy and fleet management
- Develop and implement a long-term rental fleet strategy aligned with business objectives and projected growth.
- Ensuring optimal fleet availability, deployment and lifecycle management.
- Drive optimal utilisation of our Rental Equipment.
Operational performance
- Optimising the supply chain for efficient fleet operations.
- Managing maintenance, repair and logistics processes in different countries.
- Produce and analyse data and report insights that support strategic decision-making.
Leadership & collaboration
- Leading an international team within operations, supply chain and technical services.
- Ensure smooth cooperation between local teams and the international organisation.
- Expand strategic partnerships with suppliers.
