As General Manager of MTD Arabia, you are responsible for the daily management and strategic growth of our operations in the Middle East, with a focus on Flex and all support functions.
You play a key role in achieving our growth objectives in this region and ensure that all operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. You co-design and oversee structures for effective planning and control of business processes to ensure optimal operations.
You liaise closely with account and project managers on the progress of acquired projects, and with the team of field engineers on execution. Customer satisfaction, quality, efficient use of personnel, resources and materials and the implementation of process improvements are central to your role.
The Middle East is one of our key focus regions for growth, which means your team will need to grow accordingly. Not all roles are currently filled, so this role requires a hands-on approach including on-site project management.
You report to the CCO in the Netherlands.
