Junior ICT Support Officer

At MTD, we are looking for a Junior ICT Support Officer to proactively take on workplace and user management together with the ICT Officer. Do you think in solutions and do you get a kick out of keeping an IT environment running smoothly? Then read on quickly!

In recent years, MTD has grown tremendously globally, now employing around 200 people. These employees work across at least 10 countries. These locations have the necessary hardware in place and our IT team serves to keep the environment running flawlessly. We are looking for someone who will manage all personal devices, printers, routers, switches, etc. You will monitor and manage the workstations from location Tilburg.

We aim to work completely 'in the cloud'. You have the great task of shaping and optimising this together with the other ICT Officers. Within our dynamic company, there is always a nice project to take up and you can use your expertise. You will work with 1 other ICT Officer (Senior).

Job content

Manage, register and maintain hardware and software (Microsoft Office 365)
Managing and installing peripherals (phones/printers)
Point of contact for employee support regarding IT questions and malfunctions
Purchase, management and installation of workstations
Telecoms management: fixed and mobile telephony management
User management in the various applications
Network management

What makes you the right candidate?

You are young, enthusiastic, eager to learn and have communication skills (also in English);
Minimum MBO level towards ICT;
Preferably experience in a similar position;
You can function independently;
Knowledge of networks and domains;
You have an affinity for hardware;
You are proactive, energetic, tenacious, service-oriented and efficient organiser;
You don't have a 9-to-5 mentality.
