Are you ready to make a splash in the world of events? At MTD, we specialize in delivering temporary water solutions for some of the most exciting and high-profile projects across the globe. As Operations Director US you are responsible from the day to day Operations in the US. You report directly into our COO (located in the Netherlands), and you’re in charge for the departments project management, planning, service engineers, Fleet and warehouse staff (MTD USA has warehouses in Las Vegas and Atlanta).
You are responsible for the projects together with the team from start to finish and will take care of on time delivery. You maintain close contact with the staff and sales representatives on the progress of the projects. You ensure that communication, roles and responsibilities between the various departments are guaranteed. This role involves strategic planning, building the team, process optimization, team leadership, and ensuring that operations align with MTD’s global standards and client expectations.
