In your role, you will lead the Operations Team Germany on a daily basis. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning and supervising the execution of MTD's daily operational activities. You will also maintain close contact with the people behind MTD's success: Account and Project Managers on the progress of acquired projects, and the team of Field Engineers (technicians) on execution. Customer satisfaction, efficient use of personnel, resources and materials and the implementation of process improvements are central to your role. Finally, you design and oversee structures for effective planning and control of business processes to ensure optimal operations. You will report and advise to the Operations Manager Europe.
