Sales Manager Events Middle East

As Sales Manager Events Middle East you are responsible for the accounts of the most famous events and festivals throughout the Middle East.

You are responsible for the sales of MTD products and services in the event industry. You acquire new customers and maintain and develop the current customer portfolio. Ultimately you are responsible for the commercial side of a project – from the first site visit to the evaluation of a project with the client. You are creative in the rental process and can add more value for customers based on sustainability. This is a challenging position in the dynamic world of events. You will report to our CCO.

Work location will be Dubai.

Job content
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets;
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent client base;
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, event industry developments, and competitive landscapes;
  • Identify and implement growth strategies and business opportunities;
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering & Design, Operations and other departments to align sales efforts;
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Management Team;
  • Maintain accurate records of client base, team performance, and sales objectives;
  • If necessary, take corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.
What makes you the right candidate?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field;
  • Proven experience and success in national sales management;
  • Experience in leading a sales team across multiple locations;
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with clients and internal teams;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail;
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
