As Senior Business Controller Europe, you will manage and continuously improve all financial and non-financial processes within MTD. You will build on getting the right steering information and insights up to date, and you will create a grip on results as strategic decision-making in our rapidly growing international project organisation becomes and remains a well-oiled process.
In recent years, we have grown strongly through, among other things, new product-market combinations and we want to continue this growth. This requires a robust, strong foundation of processes and systems to ensure the right steering information and strategic decision-making. You act as a sparring partner, an important bridge between figures and advice, for the management. This includes the following tasks:
- Drafting and monitoring budgets in collaboration with various departments;
- Prepare forecasts and proposals by analysing data;
- Continuously improve and optimise processes and systems;
- Preparation of periodic reports;
- Giving solicited and unsolicited advice;
- Managing our project controller(s).
You will work with all department managers within Europe, with our Finance & Control team in Tilburg, and report to the CFO.
