As a Warehouse Manager in Atlanta, Georgia, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods and inventory. In this role, you will manage inventory and optimise workflow and logistics.

Job content
  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order control and logistics;
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to ensure productivity and accuracy;
  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting inspections;
  • Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule and address any maintenance issues immediately;
  • Manage warehouse and inventory budget, cost control and resource optimisation;
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPI) for the Warehouse Team, such as order and inventory accuracy, inventory turnover rates and shipping times;
  • Develop team schedules to ensure proper coverage during project implementation and execution;
  • Train and evaluate the Warehouse Team;
  • Work with Operations Manager and project managers to develop inventory requirement planning and logistics;
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels and product movements;
  • Work with suppliers, transport companies, project managers and customers to ensure timely delivery;
  • Investigate and ensure optimal prices and reliable transport options.
What makes you the right candidate?
  • Related education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field;
  • 3-5 years' experience in inventory or logistics related to the event or expo industry;
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a Warehouse Team;
  • Highly organised and efficient with inventory lifecycle management;
  • Strong familiarity with software tools, methodologies and best practices for warehouse management;
  • Experience in assisting multi-functional project teams with emphasis on communication and execution;
  • Efficient problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment that changes rapidly and requires immediate action.
