We as an HR team are looking for a Corporate Recruiter. In this international role, you will put all your passion and perseverance into finding the right people to further grow and develop MTD.
MTD is currently represented in around 16 countries and you will be responsible for managing the Global recruitment process, including managing suppliers. In Europe, you will also be responsible for the operational recruitment process from start to offer. For the other countries, you manage the local recruitment process, which means you have contact with many different cultures. You are therefore someone who is naturally curious about others and easily connects. You enjoy getting to know our colleagues worldwide and serving them from your area of expertise in recruitment. In this role, you are therefore truly the ambassador of MTD. The variety of tasks and the diversity of vacancies ensures that every day offers new opportunities and challenges.

- Several years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter
- Experience in sourcing candidates
- International experience is nice but not a requirement if your English is excellent

You will work from the Tilburg office because working together is part of our success. The HR team you will be part of consists of an HR Manager, an HR Officer, an HR Support employee and you as the new Corporate Recruiter. We are a proud and committed team and together we ensure every day that we keep putting HR on the map.
